Why silicone & EPDM is commonly used in lighting.

1) No harmful . ERM's silicone almost approved by FDA or Rohs . It is nonharmful.

2) Good Resistant UV and Zone. EPDM & silicone are all good of resisting UV and Ozone ,it is suit for using ourdoor .

3) Resist High temperature . Both material can resist high temperature . Under 120℃,EPDM works all the time , from 150- 200℃, it can works periodical . If add some antioxidant , it can resist more higher .

4)Economic . These two material cost not high ,it is quite economic for lighting seal.
