automatic PTFE molded machine is a pre-forming PTFE parts machine . this is our second generation machine . we have different type for various PTFE parts.

1) moulded machine ERM-03 3 tons , it can produce size Φ10-Φ35 .800pcs /hour

2) moulded machine ERM-05 5 ton it can produce size Φ35-Φ65 ERM-05 5tons machine can produce Φ10-Φ35, but it is a little slower than 3tons . 600pcs/hour

3) moulded machine ERM-10 10 tons it can produce size Φ65- Φ100 500pcs /hour
